Allowing for minute details and production in even the most unfamiliar spaces (trains, airports, underground car parks), I adore the versatility of illustration. The flexibility of it allows for the seamless mix of hand drawn and graphic elements, cross hatching and photomontage, paint splatter and typography!
Given the eclectic mix of subjects I choose to depict, the above attributes of illustration are what keep me walking about during the day with a well sharpened legion of pencils and a glue stick.
Currently I am lost in a world of feathers, illustrated everybody’s favourite plumed bipeds!
